✔ The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
✔ The product must be returned in its original packaging
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
✔ Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
✔ Gift cards and promotional items
✔ Used, damaged, or altered products
✔ Custom or personalized items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
✔ Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
✔ If the return does not meet our policy conditions, we may decline the refund or offer store credit
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item

5. Exchange Policy
✔ We offer free exchanges for size or color adjustments (subject to stock availability)
✔ If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or process a refund
